Our Response to Covid-19 New South Wales
From Monday 23 August, our Sydney car buyers will temporarily close all stores across Greater Sydney to cash for cars and auto parts customers.
During this time our Greater Sydney retail customers can still purchase the items they need online, using Click & Deliver or contactless Drive & Collect service, where products can be ordered online and collected from our car parts yard, without customers needing to get out of their car. Please note that due to a high volume of online orders in lockdown areas, there may be a delay in fulfilling your order. Our team is working hard to prepare orders as quickly as possible. Collection and delivery timeframes for your local store will be updated regularly and clearly displayed when adding products to your cart.
Some customers may experience a delay in sending order confirmation emails. If you have not receive an order confirmation email on the same day you placed your order, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
Since the outset of COVID-19 we have followed the latest government health advice and we thank customers for their understanding.
Face Masks
In line with the latest Government and public health advice, face masks will be mandatory for team and customers in all NSW stores, unless medically exempt.
QR codes
QR codes are displayed at the entrance of our NSW wreckers yards. Customers are required to check-in to register their visit.
